If you are an employer and want to find out about ProMatch and why you should consider ProMatch members for current job opportunities at your company, please read the following FAQs, or contact ProMatch staff at the number listed below.

Q. What is ProMatch?
A. ProMatch of Silicon Valley is the Sunnyvale Chapter of Experience Unlimited, one of thirty-one chapters state-wide. ProMatch is jointly funded by the California Employment Development Department (EDD) and the NOVA Workforce Investment Board. ProMatch is an association of professionals actively supporting each other while they conduct their successful job search campaigns, and is the premier site to locate quality, professional talent in the Greater Silicon Valley.

Q. How do I get access to these talented professionals?
A. Recruiters have FREE access to a brief summary of qualifications, called "Profiles", of ProMatch members directly from the ProMatch web site. Many of these profiles also have member resumes linked to them for your further review. All profiles have phone, fax numbers, or email addresses listed to enable rapid access to these job seeking professionals. These profiles can be searched by occupational category or by using a customized search engine to look for key words. Simply follow the "Member Profiles" link on the left side of this page to access these profiles.

Q. Are there fees or passwords required to access ProMatch members?
A. There are no fees or passwords required to access the member profiles.

Q. How many members are there and how often should I check for new members?
A. There are about two hundred active members in ProMatch. New members join each month, and others return to work. Therefore, we urge you to review the professional qualifications presented on our Web site at least weekly.

Q. Can I post open positions with ProMatch so members can review them and contact me?
A. Employers are encouraged to send their open professional positions frequently. ProMatch has a robust library of open positions available for members to review. You may send a hard copy to the ProMatch address listed below, fax at (408) 737-1247, or email us at promatch@promatch.org. There is absolutely NO FEE for you to have your open positions maintained at ProMatch.
